Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and va777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the va777 website located at va777.bio and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features offered therein.
By accessing the va777 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that:

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the va777 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

In addition, the platform reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal requests.
Where va777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria, the account will be suspended pending investigation. If a player is found to have misrepresented their age or identity, va777 reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the period of misrepresentation, forfeit any balance held, and permanently close the account.

Account Registration
To access the full range of va777 services — including real-money wagering, bonus participation, and withdrawals — you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge and is completed through the va777 website.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and preferred contact details. You agree that all information submitted during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and belongs to you personally. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. In the event you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify va777 support immediately via live chat. va777 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation.
- One account per person, per household, and per device;
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another individual;
- va777 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason;
- Account details may be updated by contacting the support team with appropriate verification documentation.
Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
va777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following verified payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at va777's discretion.
All deposits are credited to your va777 wallet in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. bKash and Nagad deposits typically reflect within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the provider's network. Card deposits may take up to 5 minutes in certain circumstances.
Deposit conditions:
- Minimum single deposit: ৳200;
- Maximum single deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit;
- Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in the player's own name;
- Third-party deposits — including payments originating from accounts not belonging to the registered player — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
Withdrawal conditions:
- Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500;
- Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible;
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad and within 1–3 business days for card-based methods;
- va777 reserves the right to request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal;
- Bonus-related funds are subject to wagering completion requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal (see Section 5);
- va777 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request additional documentation, or delay processing where fraud or AML concerns are identified.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions
va777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. These include but are not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount;
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are listed in the promotion's specific terms;
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the account unless stated otherwise;
- One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses;
- Abuse: va777 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse including low-risk hedging, matched betting strategies using bonus funds, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Any such activity will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure;
- No-cash-out instruction: Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
va777 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or misuse. Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly awarded or credited should contact the support team via live chat.
Section 6
User Obligations
By using the va777 platform you agree to uphold the following obligations throughout the duration of your account's existence and for all activities conducted through it:
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information at all times, both during registration and in any subsequent communications with va777 staff;
- Keep your contact details, payment information, and personal data up to date by notifying va777 of any material changes promptly;
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal recreational purposes and not for any commercial, business, or professional wagering operation;
- Not access or attempt to access the platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
- Take personal responsibility for monitoring your gambling activity and making use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if your activity causes you concern;
- Not use any automated system, bot, script, crawler, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes;
- Comply with all applicable laws in your own jurisdiction in relation to online gambling activity;
- Promptly notify va777 support if you become aware of any security vulnerability, technical error, or unauthorised access to your account or the platform.
Failure to comply with any of the above obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any balance held, and where applicable, the reporting of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.
Section 7
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the va777 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or conduct any fraudulent financial activity;
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal after wagering deposited funds. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, live casino tables, or sports betting markets;
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided;
- Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity, opening a duplicate account under a different identity, or impersonating another player;
- Hacking or tampering: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to va777's backend systems, databases, game servers, or any other technical infrastructure;
- Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place wagers, spin reels, or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play;
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward va777 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
Section 8
Account Closure & Suspension
Either party may terminate a player account. The circumstances and procedures governing account closure are set out below.
Voluntary closure by the player:
You may close your va777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat and requesting account closure. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Self-exclusion:
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the va777 responsible gaming tools or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims will be permitted. Closure by va777:
va777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
- Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity;
- Engagement in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 7;
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require account restriction;
- Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administrative fees, will be communicated to the registered email address prior to any action.
Where va777 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations may be forfeited. Where no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.
